Miss Hemmings and Miss Goulet planned a maths a literacy lessons all happening outdoor.
It was fun to practice maths in context and to work both classes together.
We also had to work in teams. After break time, we stayed outside to continue our learning about outdoor. Whilst Venus class did a SWAC activity, Mars started their literacy lesson. 
The literacy lesson was very cool and different. It was interesting to write about our favourite outdoor place. For once, we did not have success criteria and we were allowed to write as we like it!!

ReplyDeleteWe also did our litracy lesson outside and it was very fun because we could choose what to write about but you needed to have been there to write about it.The three paragraphs were when,where and why.

DeleteIt was amazing I loved Empty day you got to do swag and maths outdoor. In maths we had to do these hard and fun activities, I liked the hop scotch one where we created a hopscotch thing that was 100 squares long.
