Finding pictures on Google Chrome

During our ICT lesson on Monday , we learned how to select appropriate pictures using Google images.

Go on to Google and search up what you want and press 'Images' and it would say 'Tools', click 'Usage Rights'. It would say 'Labeled for noncommercial reuse with modification' then press the image you want. This way you can use pictures without breaking any copyrights laws.

Afterwards, we had to use the pictures in order to fade it in the background, just like our passports. Here are the steps: Click on 'Insert' then click on shapes. Then, pick a shape and how big you want it to be. Go on to Google and choose your picture and press 'Save picture as' then go into your folder that you want to save it in. After, you should name your picture so you know what picture to chose. Press on your shape that you inserted and on the top it would say 'Format' also it would have orange on it. Then, press 'Shape fill' and press 'Picture' and go on to your file and press the picture you saved. After that, press 'Picture' and click 'Gradient' press more gradients and adjust the transparency and your all done!

Making a faded picture, that's a tricky part of computing because there is lots of steps and remembering to do. Like saving a picture into file, and remembering to do a shape before doing a image.

The easiest thing in computing is, copying and pasting pictures because you only have to click four times! It can be also easier once you know the shortcuts CTRL+V.

The challenge was to use a off rights image. Also, to make our own homemade passport stamps. The task was to select and image and those who wanted to a more difficult task could then go and select a picture free of rights.
